-VAT is included in the above prices. The VAT rate will be charged as 0%.
-The above prices are valid for 1 year use of AltaSoft software.
-If you rented AltaSoft, 1 GB is reserved for your organization. For each 500 mb extra usage, 420 TL + 0% VAT is charged annually.
– An invoice is issued upon approval of the offer. After payment is made, the Software becomes available.
– Above mentioned rental and quota exceeding prices will be increased by CPI annually.
– Requests outside the scope of this offer are charged separately.

Rental Steps
To use AltaSoft, you must first start with the Document Management Module. Other modules can also be used immediately or later.

Technical Support
After the lease, a link is sent to you to use the software. Together with the person who will manage the software (possibly Management Representative);
– Users are defined.
– Document structure is defined.
– Processes are defined.
– Document Control Procedure is revised.
– The person who manages the software will learn how the system works.
– Technical support is done with online live connections which last about 6-9 hours in two days.
– Technical support can be done face to face in the company instead of online live connections. This service is also billed.

Document Upload
After technical training, you can upload all your documents in AltaSoft.

Training Users
After the organization’s documents are uploaded to AltaSoft, users are given Document Control Procedure and AltaSoft training by the organization. This service is also billed if users’ training is requested from Sigma Center.

Commissioning
You can start using AltaSoft after you have entered all of your documents in the system and provided information about the software to your users.

Descriptions
The rental service means that the software runs on AltaSoft servers through the web. Updates to AltaSoft Software will be reflected to you free of charge during the service purchase. Every update request from you will be considered. If your request will contribute to AltaSoft’s update, your request will be taken into the program and will be performed free of charge according to this program. Requests for special changes to the company are charged separately. All relationships between Customer and Sigma Center are confidential. Third parties are not informed. This is a commitment of the Sigma Center.

After the first year, a fee of 5% of contract value is paid for each year as maintenance fee. This price will be increased by CPI per year. The above prices include VAT. Ram capacity 8 GB and above Storage 100MB (for source code only)
PHP – MySQL versions 5.4 and above will be used

Ram capacity 2 GB and above
External IP must be open (Google connection)

Rights and Responsibilities
Purchasing service means that the software runs on a web / local network environment on a server designated by the purchasing organization. Updates to AltaSoft Software will be reflected to you free of charge for 5 years in case of request.
Every update request from you will be considered. If your request will contribute to AltaSoft’s update, your request will be taken into the program and will be performed free of charge according to this program. Requests for special changes to the company are charged separately.
All relationships between Customer and Sigma Center are confidential. Third parties are not informed. This is a commitment of the Sigma Center.
AltaSoft software may not be reproduced, transferred to another person or organization without the permission of SigmaCenter. In a case like that, the customer undertakes to cover any damages incurred to Sigma Center.
